I have been a customer of John, and Van Wonder since well before the warranty expired on my 2004+ VW Jetta TDi.
I have never had a negative experience with John and his staff. John is very intelligent, well informed person, and a hoot to chat with. John is probably the best automotive diagnostician I have met (and having worked in the automotive sector, corporate and retail I have met a few). I would not hesitate to recommend he and his shop to anyone, as a matter of fact I carry his business cards with me and hand them out to people whenever the opportunity presents itself.
